any actors here have really bad anxiety? how do you cope with it?

i don’t mean general anxiety before a show or an audition because i’m pretty sure everyone has them, but anxiety really bad that it doesn’t make you sleep the night before an audition or show, and just anxiety that makes you shake in nervousness.
