Do Non-union actors working under a SAG contract get paid for fittings and hair cuts?

Non-union actor working under a SAG contract. Fitting is a few days prior to the official work day. Hair cut is likely on the same day as the fitting. Production is in a "right to work" State. Is that paid as a bump? Hourly rate? Help is appreciated.
