    Extra Work

    Is it possible to actually make a living doing extra work? Are there people who are able to do this full-time and make it work? I enjoy extra work and being around the filmmakers and sets, but have only done it sporadically.

    I have heard a lot of varying advice on filling out casting files, be it Actors Access, Backstage, Casting Networks (gotta have them all...*eye roll*), like make sure to include both headshots AND candid photos (which should be kept as current as possible)...

    Forgive my naivety, I'm new to all of this... But when a role says it "pays $68/8 hours" does that mean you work for 8 hours and get paid $68.00? That's what it sounds like.
